In School Tuition:

Sprouts is proud to offer our classes to your students on a donation based system, as we believe that our dance and movement classes should be accessible to all! In the past the classes have been offered for $60 a month, however we understand that is not always possible for all families.

Once you fill out and submit the enrollment form below, you will receive a welcome email with a donation link and our other payment options. Your monthly donation will act as your commitment to the class.

In home Private Lessons:

We offer in home private and group lessons! Please email for more information.

All tuition will be invoiced directly to your email and can be paid by credit card, Venmo, cash or check. Venmo payments can be sent to @tmtynan with the last four digits 9921.

Liability Waiver

Release of Liability: As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless SPROUTS Move and Dance, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by the participant while under the control and supervision of SPROUTS Move and Dance.

Photo and Video Waiver

Video & Photo Waiver: I give SPROUTS Move and Dance my permission to public display of pictures and/or video of my child for possible educational, performance & advertisement purposes (i.e. brochures, newspaper, website, social media, etc - no names will be used). I have read the foregoing Release of Liability and Video & Photo Waiver and agree with it in all respects.
